Between January and March 2019 the government will be conducting the annual National GP survey.  . If you get a pack then please don’t be put off and complete all the questions and return in the freepost envelope. WHY? The information gathered helps us to know the areas that need improve

The GP Patient Survey assesses patients’ experience of healthcare services provided by GP surgeries, including experience of access to GP surgeries, making appointments, the quality of care received from GPs and practice nurses, satisfaction with opening hours and experience of out-of-hours NHS services.
