On Friday 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation comes into force. This regulation ensures that the practice will have processes in place which ensure that all information held about patients and staff is secure. Bradford Public Health Announcement- there

have been several confirmed cases of measles in

Bradford. We are aware that many patients were

not fully immunised as children-Please contact the

surgery if you have cause for concern

 

 

 

 "If you have any special communication needs eg; If you

wear a hearing aid or have poor vision, poor memory or

cannot read very well" please mention this to any member

of practice staff so that it can be flagged up on your medical

records and improve your access to heathcare.

There is a new NHS project to help people manage their long
term medicines, please see the bullet point under Further
Information.
 New Service-Patient online gives
patients access to their Medical Records. Please register
at reception (ID required). Are you a Carer? Please ask our
staff if you would like to know more about Carer Support.
Appointment waiting - if you have waited longer than 20
minutes to see the doctor please mention it to the reception
