Five Lane Community Partnership continues to work  with Core Skills Coaching to provide  a PROBLEM SHARED class where you can meet other people living with ongoing pain from osteoarthritis and other conditions.

They give information and simple ways to Andy Problem Shared Advert St Clares Aug 23better manage hip, nee or back pain.  The group provides a gentle individualised activity programme where advice and conversation matches your needs and at your pace.
