Ordering repeat prescriptions

Patients requiring a repeat prescription may request these at the Reception desk, by post,  or online as follows  ( if using on line you can order at any time – no need to wait until the surgery opens!)

• via our online ordering system
• Or between 8 am and 6.30 pm via   System Connect

DO NOT TRY TO ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE – In line with National Guidance our staff are instructed not to accept telephone orders which may lead to errors with complex or similar sounding drugs.

We cannot accept requests more than 10 days before the date they are due by any of the means mentioned earlier.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for the prescription to be processed. 

***Remember your chemist will  also need time to prepare your order on top ***
