New Patient Group – Expressions of Interest

We are in the process of creating a new joint patient group with our primary care network neighbour practices ( Moorside Surgery, Ashcroft surgery and Farrow Medical Centre) and looking for interested patients

The aim of the group is to listen and learn,  drive through change, represent the patient voice and support local GP Surgeries

Please call the surgery and ask for Janine or Jaime ( Wrose Hc)  or  Jeanette  or Gina  ( Rockwell) or if you prefer click and compete the form on the website
