New Patients

We are welcoming new patient registrations but please check that your address falls within our practice area. We cover parts of BD2, BD10 and BD18, but not all.

You can Register “on line” by clicking the Yellow  NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION tile back  on the Home Page.   You will receive a confirmation text once your registration request has been successful.

You can search for your postcode by clicking the magnifier in the top right corner of the map, this will indicate whether you live within the boundary or not.

If you prefer to call in to the surgery to register – We need to have your NHS number which you can get from your previous GP. and some another  form of identity such as a utility bill. We also need to see photographic ID.
